24.09.09. Botnia will increase the pulp prices in Europe and in China effective 1 October 2009, the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.

Metsä Botnia's new pulp prices will be: NBSK (northern bleached Softwood kraft pulp) $760 in Europe and $670 in China. Bleached eucalyptus and bleached birch kraft pulp $650 in Europe, and bleached eucalyptus in China $590.
