09.10.09. The Board of Directors of Weyerhaeuser Company declared a dividend of 5 cents per share on the common stock of the corporation payable Nov. 30, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business Nov. 6, 2009, the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.

Weyerhaeuser Company, one of the world’s largest forest products companies. Weyerhaeuser is principally engaged in the growing and harvesting of timber; the manufacture, distribution and sale of forest products; and real estate construction and development.
